Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane, Inc. today announced its participation at the upcoming eTail West 2013 event. The theme of this year’s event is to help retailers shift from channel-obsessed to customer-obsessed. This year’s sessions and exhibitions will focus on creating profitable and customized growth strategies; creating efficient, measurable multi-channel and online strategies; and mobile shopping and social strategies. At eTail, Neolane will demonstrate how retailers can drive higher levels of cross-channel engagement with its cloud-based marketing technology.

WHAT: Cross-channel communications involve receiving large amounts of customer data that have to be used correctly in order to create personalized campaigns. At booth #115, Neolane will demonstrate how use of its conversational marketing platform allows marketers to turn data into actionable insights to increase marketing efficiency. Attendees will also have an opportunity to learn how Neolane integrates a brands app as a new channel within the Neolane platform (email, direct mail and web) and allows marketing organizations to send push notifications and manage in-app messages.
