Neolane Named a Leader in Independent Research Firm’s Cross-Channel Campaign Management Wave Report

Neolane Included Among Short List of Vendors Poised to Disrupt the Campaign Management Market by Delivering Integrated Campaign Execution Focused on Interactive Customer Dialogues

Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane today announced it was named a Leader in "The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM), Q1 2012,"1 a report from independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc.  The report states that "Neolane's impressive capabilities for customer dialogue, both online and off, show that the smaller company is redefining the job to be done by CCCM applications." Neolane was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its CCCM research report. In this evaluation, Neolane received among the highest scores for cross-channel integration, application usability and customer references.

"With growing name recognition in North America, Neolane delivers a full-featured and flexible campaign management solution built on a solid foundation of interactive marketing.  The company offers powerful features in social and mobile marketing but also provides good integrations with call centers, direct mail, and point-of-sale (POS) systems, delivering on the company’s promise of full cross-channel dialogue,” the report states. “Neolane has few peers in customer satisfaction, and recent work with Universal Music Group shows that the company can answer questions about scalability."

According to the report, “Marketers are aggressively shifting budget to digital media and seeing interactive as more effective than traditional efforts. They look now to CCCM applications that enable them to act on and react to empowered customers rather than just integrating more channels.” Forrester predicts that “in the future, marketers will select applications for their ability to orchestrate the always-on, bi-directional, and cross-channel dialogue between customers and businesses."

"On the heels of Neolane's $27 million financing and closing out a profitable 2011 with significant revenue and customer growth, we believe recognition as a Leader in this Forrester Wave is just another example of our customer influence and excellence in vision and execution,” said Stephane Dehoche, president and CEO, Neolane. "We feel this report provides a significant proof point that Neolane should be on the short list for any organization that is considering a marketing technology investment, or upgrade."

According to Neolane, the ability to fuse inbound and outbound offers is a key advantage of its conversational marketing technology, particularly its Neolane Interaction application.  Neolane Interaction is a real-time recommendation engine enabling marketers to ensure consistency and accuracy of multiple offers across multiple inbound and outbound channels.  Neolane Interaction ensures brand marketers are making accurate, personalized offers that are dynamically served to the right person at the right time, whatever the channel - email, social, mobile, web or customer contact center.
