Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane, Inc. today announced that it has been selected as a finalist in two categories for the 15th annual Mass Technology Leadership Awards. After reviewing a record number of nominations, The Mass Technology Leadership Council (Mass TLC) named Neolane President and Co-Founder Stephan Dietrich as a finalist in the Emerging Executive of the Year category. Neolane was also selected as one of only five organizations making it to the final Private Company of the Year round.
Recognized for his extraordinary operational leadership, achievement in bottom-line business results, and overall entrepreneurial excellence in the technology sector, Dietrich contributed to Neolane’s significant growth and success over the past several years, including the company’s 47 percent increase in global revenues in 2011, and a 50 percent increase in headcount. Earlier this year, Dietrich played an integral role in helping Neolane close a $27 million financing round led by Battery Ventures to increase adoption of its conversational marketing technology and support aggressive global growth.
"Being recognized in two finalist categories is a great honor, especially considering the number and calibre of nominations,” said Dietrich. “Neolane is proud to be part of the vibrant technology community in Massachusetts and we look forward to continuing to grow our business aggressively in the coming years, taking advantage of the tremendous talent and business opportunities the region has to offer."
Dietrich established Neolane's North American headquarters and is passionate about Neolane’s commitment to delivering innovative technology solutions that enable marketers to redefine how they engage with customers across inbound and outbound channels including the web, mobile, social, email and direct. In fact, enterprise-class B2C and B2B organizations, including divisions of 23 of the Fortune Global 100, rely on Neolane to accelerate their conversational marketing strategies.
“Massachusetts is home to an amazing array of leading technology companies setting pace for innovation across the world,” said Tom Hopcroft, president and CEO of MassTLC. “We are excited to recognize Neolane as one of those leaders.”
This year the Council introduced a new judging model for the awards program that included 55 executives, investors, analysts, media and thought leaders who participated in the finalist selection process. Winners will be announced on Thursday, September 13 at the MassTLC Leadership Awards Gala at the Boston Renaissance Waterfront Hotel in Boston.
