Neolane Places in the Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management 2011

Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane today announced its inclusion in the Gartner, Inc. 2011 "Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management"1. According to Neolane, with new social marketing capabilities that enable brands to engage in sustainable one-to-one dialogues with fans and followers that are coordinated across social media and other channels, it continues to deliver flexible, innovative solutions for organizations seeking adapt to the changing needs of buyers.

Gartner defines multichannel campaign management (MCCM) as the processes that "enable companies to define, orchestrate and communicate offers to customer segments across a multichannel environment, such as direct mail, call centers, websites, e-mail and communities. This can include integrating marketing offers/leads with sales for execution." Neolane is positioned as a Niche player in the report.
