Neolane to Participate in Vendor Solutions Showdown; Demonstrate Best Practices for Integration Across Marketing Database, Campaign Management and Social Media
Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane, Inc. today announced details of its participation at NCDM 2011, the conference for engaging customers using data and technology. Neolane customer FanOne Marketing will co-present a session with the Los Angeles Kings highlighting effective techniques for driving revenue-focused fan loyalty. Neolane will also participate in the competitive Vendor Solutions Showdown to demonstrate the advanced targeting, personalization and segmentation capabilities of its conversational marketing platform (booth #104).

In the session, "LA Kings Win Fan Loyalty: Tips from Sports Marketing Pros," attendees will learn best practices based on proven strategies the NHL's LA Kings employ to increase sales, retain season ticket holders, drive premium sales, up-sell and cross-sell, and increase per-capita spend.

Additionally, Jerry Kosmachuk, manager of application consulting at Neolane, will demonstrate Neolane’s conversational marketing technology platform in a competitive Solutions Showdown on Tuesday, December 13 at 3:30 p.m. Moderated by Bernice Grossman, president, DMRS Group, Inc., three vendors will present different solutions to integrating the marketing database, campaign management and social media. Participants will be challenged to create targeted segments for outbound multichannel marketing with results from social media tracking and develop event-triggered marketing campaigns that are driven by web site results.
