Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane, Inc. today announced that it will be presenting its event-triggered marketing capabilities against other solution providers in a session titled, "Event-Triggered Solutions Which One Is Best For You?," at DMA09, taking place October 17 – 22 in San Diego, Calif. Led by Bernice Grossman, president, DMRS Group Inc., the session will explore the varied data flows of three major event-triggered solution providers including Neolane.

Many event-triggered solutions provided by marketing automation vendors today are one-dimensional, focusing purely on emails that are automatically pushed to a customer when they abandon an online shopping cart or experience a technical difficulty on an e-commerce site. Neolane's marketing automation platform goes beyond this linear approach, offering new revenue opportunities through cross-channel, event-triggered capabilities that allow marketers to build more valuable two-way relationships with customers and prospects, whether the conversion occurs in print, Web, e-mail, mobile or other marketing channels.
