In a Vendor Comparison, Neolane Demonstrates Event-Triggered Marketing Capabilities and the Impact of Conversational Marketing Technology on Building Lifetime Customer Dialogues
Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane, Inc. today announced details of its participation at NCDM 2010, the conference for engaging customers using data and technology. Neolane will take part in a special session, "Closing the Marketing Loop: A 3-way Vendor Comparative," that examines how different event triggered marketing solutions perform when solving a single closed loop marketing scenario. Additionally, Neolane invites attendees to visit booth #300 to learn how its conversational marketing technology enables marketers to improve customer engagement by building and sustaining one-to-one lifetime dialogues that dramatically increase revenue and efficiency.
Who:
Bernice Grossman, president, DMRS Group, Inc. (moderator)
Jerry Kosmachuk, manager systems engineering, Neolane, Inc.
Mike Talbot, chief technology officer, Alterian
Jan Jarrison, solutions consultant, Unica
What:
In this session, “Closing the Marketing Loop: A 3-way Vendor Comparative,” the three vendors will solve a single marketing scenario using their own event-triggered marketing solutions. Through the process of comparing different approaches, attendees will learn the basic components of a truly integrated event-triggered marketing solution, understand how to “close the loop,” initiate and manage event triggered marketing, and how to analyze the results of their marketing messages.
Neolane believes that many event-triggered solutions offered today don’t provide marketers with the ability to create truly personalized, one-to-one conversations with prospects and customers, which has become table stakes today in earning customer mindshare and share of wallet. Neolane’s conversational marketing technology offers new revenue opportunities through cross-channel, event-triggered capabilities that allow marketers to build more valuable one-to-one personalized conversations, whether through inbound or outbound communications, including print, Web, e-mail, call center, social, mobile or other marketing channels.
