Neolane Asks NCDM 2008 Attendees: "Are You Ready to Rock Cross-Channel Marketing?"

Neolane and EMI Music Drum Up Best Practices for Moving Beyond Simple Multi-Channel Marketing at NCDM 2008

Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane, Inc. today announced that it will lead a session with customer EMI Music on how to rise above multi-channel marketing and rock cross-channel marketing at the annual National Center for Database Market (NCDM) conference, taking place December 8 – 10 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando. At the event, Neolane and EMI Music invite attendees "backstage" at booth 210 as they demonstrate how cross-channel marketing cranks up the volume beyond multi-channel marketing by enabling companies to drive consistent, coordinated campaigns that span across channels.

A new Aberdeen Group report, "Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Next Generation Multi-Channel Marketing," has found that adopting cross-channel marketing approaches can send organizations well on their way to marketing stardom by bringing vastly improved results, including a 30 percent year-over-year increase in annual revenue and a 23 percent mean performance improvement on current response rates. NCDM attendees are invited to stop by Neolane's booth to pick up a copy of the Aberdeen report, learn more about Neolane's marketing automation capabilities and EMI Music's results, and have their picture taken with Neolane's own take on Gene Simmons of KISS.

Who:

  • Guillaume Pech-Gourg, head of content and customer relationship management, EMI Music France
  • Stephan Dietrich, president, Neolane, Inc.

What:

Attendees will discover how firms can employ cross-channel marketing techniques in the mobile channel to track customer response for actionable data. Insights will be supplemented with examples of how EMI Music has used Neolane to:
    • Build a central marketing datamart that captures information from multiple sources;
    • Use that data to draw consumers to artist-specific communities via targeted, relevant cross-channel campaigns;
    • Expand the scope of its business from selling music to selling ringtones, events and more; and,
    • Implement mobile campaigns that earn 25 percent click-through rates and 20 percent purchase rates.
