Neolane and IBM to Host Event for Financial Services and Insurance Industry Marketers on Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences

Independent Research Firm's Dave Frankland to Conduct Breakfast Seminar on Translating Customer Intelligence Into More Effective Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns

Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane, Inc. today announced that it will co-host a breakfast seminar with IBM titled, "Using Customer Intelligence to Drive Exceptional Customer Experiences." The event will take place on September 23, 2010 at IBM's offices in New York City. Moderated by Dave Frankland, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester, the breakfast will provide information for financial services and insurance industry marketers on how to execute more personalized, targeted cross-channel marketing strategies.

Who:
Dave Frankland, vice president and principal analyst, Forrester

What:
According to a recent study by Forrester Research, "financial services firms haven't been blind to their customers' adoption of social tools… but it's clear that the industry hasn't fully embraced social technologies either." Findings demonstrate the importance of creating a foundation for the adoption of modern cross-channel strategies in order to more effectively communicate with customers and better target their needs no matter how they interact with a brand – via email, web, direct mail, social media or call center. Financial services and insurance industry marketers have long known that customer data is the lifeblood of their operations; however, they have struggled to effectively and efficiently leverage available new channel data that can help drive exceptional customer experiences. During this breakfast, marketers will learn how to capitalize on valuable customer intelligence, drive marketing performance and overcome organizational and technological constraints.

When:
Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Where:
IBM Building
590 Madison Avenue, 12th Floor
New York, New York
