Leading European Telecommunications Company Taps Neolane to Run its Message Center and Customer Marketing Campaigns

Tele2 to Improve Transactional Messaging Processes and Direct Marketing Campaigns with Neolane's Marketing Automation Software

Corp_Logo_Tele2Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane, Inc. today announced Tele2 AB has selected its marketing automation software to support customer marketing campaigns and its European customer message center. Neolane's marketing software will generate and deliver hundreds of millions of automated communications each year in eight language options, targeting 24 million customers across 11 countries.

As Tele2's solution for its European message center, the Neolane software will create one-to-one outbound transactional notifications such as pre-pay or contract-inclusive minutes being reached, a new statement becoming accessible online, change of address confirmations and password reminders. Neolane will centralize and ensure consistency of all customer messages triggered by Tele2 operational systems such as its web site, billing application and the company's call center solution.

For Tele2's customer marketing campaigns, a single customer view will be built within the Neolane platform from a variety of existing data sources. Using this customer intelligence, Neolane will then manage all campaign management activities and create personalized marketing campaigns. Tele2 will be able to model the likely response rates to planned customer marketing campaigns, select those campaigns it prefers and set the conditions that trigger them; such as the occurrence of certain events and timings in customer relationships or product and service choices. Thousands of highly targeted campaigns will be set up and automated in this way, with personalized content generated based on the customer's profile, product selections and other circumstances. Such levels of personalization in marketing campaigns have been proven to boost relevancy, develop customer rapport and increase response rates and sales across more than 100 Neolane implementations.

Neolane's cross-channel marketing capabilities will allow Tele2 to offer customers a choice of email, direct mail, mobile, call-center or fax for appropriate transactional as well as marketing messages, with the ability to use channels interchangeably without loss of history or content consistency.
