June 2013 CMO Club Survey Results
According to Pete Krainik, Founder and CEO of The CMO Club, the number one challenge shared by CMOs is the changing role of marketing from campaigns and brand messaging to the ability to impact, and in many cases lead, the brand’s overall customer experience.
