Tour operator Bales Worldwide has selected Neolane to help it create personalized, targeted, customer-centric communications to win customer loyalty, higher response rates and increased revenues.
Neolane, a provider of customer marketing and communication software solutions, has today announced UK-based international tour operator Bales Worldwide as a new customer.
Bales offers a wide variety of inspirational journeys to thousands of destinations around the globe and its 140,000 UK customers have a range of preferences when it comes to the location, type and timing of their holidays. Expected to go live in May 2007, Neolane will enable Bales to increase sales through running highly targeted, customer-relevant email marketing and direct mail campaigns. Bales has found classic large volume, standard content campaigns to be somewhat 'hit and miss.'

Neolane will enable Bales to quickly and collaboratively develop and control multiple tightly focused campaigns simultaneously from a single console. When some holiday companies might take weeks to create campaign content, Neolane will enable Bales to create campaigns in hours. Not only will Neolane facilitate the swift creation of multiple planned campaigns for next year's many different holidays, but urgent ad-hoc campaigns can be created, targeted and launched quickly too, say around late availability bargains.
