Narotam Relwani, Senior Director of Professional Services, North America
Narotam Relwani has more than 10 years of professional services experience in enterprise software having significant experience with CRM and Marketing Automation technologies. At Neolane, he is responsible for leading the Professional Services group including Consulting, Education services and Technical support for the Americas.
Most recently he served as Director of CRM for Sears Holding, where he was responsible for the CRM product deployment strategy for both Sears and Kmart across multiple channels. Previously, he served as Director of Professional Services at Unica, where he was responsible for successfully managing several large engagements and driving revenue working with marquis customers in the financial and insurance services, retail and healthcare verticals. Prior to that he spent several years, both in North America and also in Europe for edocs Inc. which was acquired by Siebel systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from India and double Masters Degrees, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, from Bentley University.
