Professional Services

Technical Support Engineer – Responsible for providing technical support and product guidance to customers, partners, and others who are involved in developing on the Neolane platform. Must be technically proficient in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL and will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and ticket resolution. Escalation experience strongly preferred.

Senior Project Manager - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects. Must have at least 5 years experience managing 3-5 simultaneous engagements with enterprise clients. Preference for deep technical background and domain expertise.

Senior Solutions Architect – Responsible for project success by providing technical leadership across platforms or services architecture. Will translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility. Domain expertise and demonstrable technical proficiency are requirements.

Senior Implementation Consultants (multiple openings) - Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Neolane Enterprise solution. Must be proficient in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Must have at least 5 years of prior professional services background and be able to balance both the client facing and the technical requirements of the role. Domain expertise strongly preferred.

Deliverability Consultant – Responsible for diagnosing and responding to clients' deliverability and filtering issues. Will work to increase and maintain email deliverability rate. Must understand and apply regulatory policies and procedures related to email deliverability issues as well as stay up to date with industry standards and anti-spam techniques around commercial email.

Sales

Regional Sales Manager –Southeast region and Northwest region – Responsible for driving new business in assigned territory. Must have minimum of 8-10 years experience selling complex enterprise software solutions with proven track record hitting/exceeding new business quota of no less than $1,500,000 annually (product and services). Domain expertise strongly preferred.

PreSales Engineer – Responsible for working with the sales team in various aspects of the sales process including complex, customized product demos, RFP preparation and discovery sessions. Domain expertise required. Technical proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred but not required.

Partner/Alliance Manager – Responsible for managing existing partner relationships. Additional focus on the expansion of Neolane partner ecosystem and generation of revenue opportunities through the development of partner programs and joint business ventures.

Marketing

Senior Field Marketing Manager - Responsible for managing field marketing and demand generation, including search and social marketing, as well driving closed loop marketing initiatives with Business Development (Inside Sales).

Administration

Onsite Corporate Recruiter – Responsible for managing all recruitment efforts including direct sourcing, qualifying, negotiating through recruitment process, close and onboarding. Must have solid track record closing wide range of skills (technical, services, marketing, sales, admin, etc) across all levels. Best if prior experience within a high-growth technology company.
