Head of Deliverability, N.A. – Responsible for leading the deliverability function including operations, ramp up, and on boarding for large volume email deliverability. Must be able to work with internal and external stake holders to provide world class deliverability services to our growing North American client base.
Technical Architect – Responsible for project success by providing technical leadership across platforms or services architecture. Will translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility. Domain expertise and demonstrable technical proficiency are strict requirements.
Senior Implementation Consultants (multiple openings) - Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Neolane Enterprise solution. Must be proficient in core skills – XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Must have at least 5 years of prior professional services background and be able to balance both the client facing and the technical requirements of the role. Domain expertise strongly preferred.
Technical Support Engineer – Responsible for providing technical support and product guidance to customers, partners, and others who are involved in developing on the Neolane platform. Must be technically proficient in core technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL) and will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis and ticket resolution. Escalation experience strongly preferred.
Senior Marketing Manager, Web Strategy - Responsible for managing the web site, search and social marketing, as well as managing and driving the success of marketing operations. This dual coach-player role will be responsible for out-marketing the competition, generating qualified leads, and driving off-the-charts awareness through our key digital properties.
Product Marketing Manager – Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the field sales team. This individual will be responsible for sales education and training, sales support and tools creation. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the marketing messaging, promotions, and branding activities are aligned with development plans, launch schedules, and strategic corporate direction. This role requires 7+ years of software product marketing experience. Domain expertise strongly preferred. Strong technical background as well as experience creating PRDs is a requirement.
Partner/Alliance Manager – Responsible for managing existing partner relationships. Additional focus on the expansion of Neolane partner ecosystem and generation of revenue opportunities through the development of partner programs and joint business ventures.
Presales Engineer – Responsible for working with the sales team in various aspects of the sales process including complex, customized product demos, RFP preparation and discovery sessions. Domain expertise is a strict requirement. Technical proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred but not required.
Business Development – Responsible for driving and delivering qualified leads to our direct sales organization. The role is focused on both target account calling, encompassing research and account planning, as well as detailed and documented follow-up on incoming marketing generated leads.
