Professional Services

Implementation Consultants (multiple openings - all experience levels) - Responsible for the delivery and implementation of the Neolane Enterprise solution. Must be proficient in core skills – XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Must have at least 5 years of prior professional services background and be able to balance both the client facing and the technical requirements of the role. Domain expertise preferred, though not required.

Project Manager - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects. Must have at least 5 years’ experience managing 3-5 simultaneous engagements with enterprise clients. Preference for technical background and domain expertise, though not required.

Technical Support Engineer (multiple openings) - We are looking for someone to fill a pivotal role on a growing support team that is responsible for providing technical support and product guidance to customers, partners, and others who are involved in developing on the Neolane platform. A working knowledge of SQLand web technologies is expected. This role include troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution,  as well as contributing to building the infrastructure and processes to help scale our support organization as we support the Americas.

Cloud Services Engineer - This is a hands-on role, serving as a key contributor in the Global On-Demand Operations team. We are seeking a strong technical lead, with a proven track record designing and managing highly scalable next generation SaaS Infrastructures including Server Hardware, Systems Security, Network Configuration, Database infrastructure, Storage hardware, Management and Automation tooling and Data Center deployment. This person should have demonstrated expertise in Systems Infrastructure in a SaaS operations or Managed Hosting environments.

Deliverability Analyst - Responsible for diagnosing and responding to clients’ deliverability and filtering issues. Will work to increase and maintain email deliverability rate. Must understand and apply regulatory policies and procedures related to email deliverability issues as well as stay up to date with industry standards and anti-spam techniques around commercial email.

Sales

Regional Sales Manager (multiple openings) - Responsible for driving new business in assigned territory. Must have minimum of 8-10 years’ experience selling complex enterprise software solutions with proven track record hitting/exceeding new business quota of no less than $1,500,000 annually (product and services). Strong preference is domain expertise.

Mid Enterprise Sales (multiple openings) - Responsible for driving new business in assigned territory. Must have minimum of 5-7 years’ experience selling complex enterprise software solutions with proven track record hitting/exceeding new business quota of no less than $1,000,000 annually (product and services). Strong preference is domain expertise. Travel approximately 60%.

Presales Engineer (multiple openings - Dallas and Boston) - Responsible for working with the sales team in various aspects of the sales process including complex, customized product demos, RFP preparation and discovery sessions. Domain expertise is a strict requirement. Technical proficiency in XML, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred but not required.

Business Development

Manager of Business Development (multiple openings) - Responsible for driving all aspects of the BDR team and the lead generation process. The key success factor of this role is to build and manage a solid team that consistently hits and exceeds all sales and productivity goals. Requirement is to ensure sales pipeline remains full with strong, qualified leads and opportunities.

Business Development Rep (multiple openings) - Responsible for driving and delivering qualified leads to our direct sales organization. The role is focused on both target account calling, encompassing research and account planning, as well as detailed and documented follow-up on incoming marketing generated leads.

Marketing

Senior Manager of Digital and Database Marketing – Responsible for leading social media, search marketing, website management, email marketing, data management, and marketing analysis/reporting. Must have at least five years experience with CRM, marketing campaign management software, sales force automation tools, or marketing databases. Proficiency in HTML and a working knowledge of Javascript, CSS, and HTML5 are expected.

Digital Marketing Specialist – Responsible for managing our website and social media properties to drive awareness for Neolane. The Digital Marketing Specialist will proactively identify, study, and propose new opportunities to leverage digital/social tools to support Neolane's growth objectives. Must have experience updating a website and using content management tools, as well as deep expertise in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Proficiency in HTML and a working knowledge of Javascript, CSS, and HTML5 are expected.

Field Marketing Intern – Responsible for assisting the Field Marketing team in coordinating industry tradeshows and events, researching new promotional items, and posting to social channels. Must be a 2014 graduate willing to work 30 hours per week during Summer 2013, and 15-20 hours per week during the 2013-2014 school year.

Database Marketing Intern – Responsible lead generation and lead management tasks including data management and list building, data hygiene, and web analytics reporting. Must be a 2014 graduate willing to work 30 hours per week during Summer 2013, and 15-20 hours per week during the 2013-2014 school year.

Administration

Executive Assistant – The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing personal administrative support and assistance to our senior executive staff. Key will be managing and maintaining executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements as well as providing assistance in meeting preparation, including crafting and/or editing correspondence, communications, presentation and other documents
