The MITX What's Next Forum & Technology Awards recognize innovative technologies developed
in the New England area, as well as the individuals and organizations responsible for
driving these advancements. Neolane was recognized with the other finalists in the
category of Marketing/Customer Relationship Technologies category at an awards ceremony
attended by the region's top technology and business professionals.

The Ninth Annual CRM Excellence Award winners were chosen based on a product or
service's proven ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship to
become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire lifetime
of the customer. Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) Customer Interaction Solutions®
magazine named Neolane’s enterprise marketing platform a 2008 CRM Excellence Award winner.

Winner: NCDM Database Excellence Award
Presented annually by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and DIRECT magazine,
the NCDM Database Excellence Awards honor organizations that have demonstrated ingenuity
and creativity in leveraging their marketing databases. Neolane was presented with
this award in recognition of our work with Packard Bell to enhance their multi-channel
marketing efforts.
