Our instructors are training specialists with years of experience in both classroom and one-on-one settings. As part of every training session, you will learn best practices for using the Neolane platform as well as reinforce key concepts through frequent hands-on exercises.  You’ll also receive a Student Guide to take away with you from the training.

When is training taken?

Training is available both during the implementation cycle and on an ongoing basis thereafter.  A typical Neolane deployment might include project team training on Neolane features upon project kick off, end-user training customized to business requirements prior to go live, and intermediate/advanced training for designated team members after one to two months in production.  New team members can be trained at any time, as needed.

Who can benefit from training?

Marketers, administrators, IT/Database specialists and developers can benefit from our role-based training curriculum.

How is training delivered?

These modes of training delivery are available:

• Public classroom sessions offered monthly at Neolane's Newton, MA office. Access the Training Calendars from our Download Center 
• Dedicated classroom sessions scheduled at your convenience and taught on-site at your location.
• Desk-side coaching for 1 to 2 users at a time on specific job tasks.
