Neolane and Avaus Partner to Deliver Cross-Channel Marketing Automation to Finnish Companies Seeking Improved Customer Engagement

Customer Relationship Marketing Services Provider Employs Neolane's Marketing Automation Platform to Support Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives for Customers, including IKEA in Finland and Norway

Copenhagen and Helsinki, 22 April 2010 – Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane today announced that it has teamed up with Avaus, provider of consulting and customer relationship marketing services, to provide Finnish companies with access to the benefits of Neolane's cross-channel marketing automation solution. With Neolane, Avaus' clients benefit from being able to conduct more personalised dialogue through different, yet perfectly coordinated, communication channels to improve the consumer experience and increase revenue opportunities.

In order to better respond to the business needs of its clients and their increasing demand for innovative solutions to manage complex marketing activities, Avaus sought to partner with a proven marketing automation software company. Avaus selected Neolane after a thorough assessment of more than 20 software vendors based on its ability to deliver a flexible, scalable cross-channel marketing solution.

The first collaborative project between Avaus and Neolane began with a contract for IKEA in Finland and Norway during Q4 2009. A number of other Avaus projects are currently undergoing trials with clients, with positive feedback on the versatility and performance of the Neolane solution being highlighted in particular.
