ASP or licence?

Neolane is available as licenced software for deployment on premises or hosted.

It is also available in ASP mode or on demand. This mode still enables access to the full range of functionality of Neolane.

Which is right for you? The following table summarises the differences between the two.

Once your application is installed, there is little or no need in either mode to call on the services of your IT department. Neolane and/or partner support is available in both cases.

Both modes provide you with the same Neolane application quality and integrated data, processes and application functionality (closed-loop marketing, centralised data, personalisation, tracking and reporting, response measurement, etc.). However the license mode enables tighter integration with other enterprise software (real-time marketing, large amounts of customer data, etc.).

Neolane has created a unique third alternative: mid-sourcing. By combining the best of the in-house and hosted worlds, Neolane makes it possible to externalise the most system intensive aspects of marketing processes while maintaining full control over the high added-value areas such as data, campaign management and workflows which remain on the premises. Many Neolane customers opt for this unique model.
