Patrick McHugh is a recognised visionary in CRM, direct marketing, analytics and data-warehousing. Pat has over 20 years of experience in customer marketing, sales operations, and senior management with groundbreaking software and services firms, including Exchange Applications, Authentica (now part of EMC), Outstart, Inc., Kendall Square Research, and Multitrak Software.
Pat is currently the Executive Vice President of North American Operations at Neolane, where he helps companies understand the strategic value of integrating emerging marketing technologies with traditional channels to drive revenue. Patrick holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University.
