Michel Lerendu is the Chief Financial Officer at Neolane, where he brings more than 25 years of financial expertise working with venture-backed enterprise software firms.
Prior to joining Neolane, Michel was Vice President Finance of Partech International, a leading global venture capital firm with close to $1 billion under active management. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for several software start-ups including Boostworks, Wincap and Apsylog (acquired by Peregrine Systems, now HP), before acting as an independent consultant for a number of high tech companies. Michel has also held controller positions at Matra Datavision and EADS.
In these past positions Michel was directly involved in numerous M&A and major debt and equity financings, including IPO preparations.
Michel holds a Master's of Business Administration from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Paris).
