MARKETING DEPARTMENT - France

  Product Marketing Manager

Location: Arcueil, France.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Marketing for Europe, you will take responsibility for product marketing for one or several products within the Neolane cross-channel marketing campaign management software platform.

Mission:
You will be instrumental in driving worldwide market positioning, message, and long term functional roadmap for one or several Neolane products.

Outbound Marketing :

  • Leveraging in-depth understanding of your market segment, product, and the competitive landscape, continuously craft and evolve positioning and messaging for your product area.
  • Produce differentiated prospect-facing business collateral (datasheets, white papers, presentations, sales proposals).
  • Regularly present in public events (seminars, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Produce sales readiness collateral (sales kit, cheat sheet, etc.)
  • Lead sales readiness training initiatives.
  • Assist sales team in select sales engagements.
  • Contribute demo scenario and script to technical demo development team.
  • Assist field marketing team in demand generation programs (content, public speaking)
  • Assist public relations team in press and analyst relations for your product area.
  • Contribute to defining packaging and pricing for your product area.

Inbound Marketing:

  • Contribute to long term functional evolution vision for your product area.
  • Continuously research functional evolution (customers, competitive, thought leaders, analysts)

Experiences and Skills :

  • A native English speaker, or a non-native with fluent written and speaking English abilities
  • You have a bachelors degree in business administration or engineering
  • You have had a confirmed experience in an equivalent international product marketing or sales consulting role in the high tech sector.

SALES DEPARTMENT - Copenhagen

  Sales Executive Nordic

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark.

As part of a best-in-class and innovative sales team working very closely with our pre-sales, consulting and marketing teams, you will be responsible for developing sales of Neolane software to the Nordic market.

Mission:

  • Developing sales to the agreed target segments, including prospecting, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, deploying the sales methodology and managing the sales process, answering RFPs, negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Building a sales pipeline.
  • Developing and managing the necessary partnerships and marketing activities in close cooperation with the marketing and alliances teams.
  • Reporting on the sales pipeline, forecast and sales activities.

Qualifications :

  • You have a successful track record in selling best of breed Enterprise Business Software to large accounts, ideally in an international environment.
  • You have a good understanding of large companies’ processes and politics and have been involved in selling high-end business applications to them.
  • You are good at creating and detecting new business opportunities.
  • You have built your sales experience selling CRM, marketing, campaign management, web analytics or business intelligence software solutions.
  • You have the ability, with the coaching of your manager when necessary, to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • You can manage relationship at director, manager and technical levels thanks to very good presentation and communication skills.
  • You are equally comfortable in managing the business and the technical aspects of a sales cycle with the support of our pre-sales and technical consultants team.
  • You are dynamic, hands-on, structured, autonomous, result-driven and good in managing priorities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and good communication skills in the Scandinavian languages.
  • Flexible to travel in the Nordic countries from a base in Copenhagen.
