The success of a Neolane project relies on the way users learn to make the most of the platform as well as how fast they become familiar with new features: good training is key.
When is training useful?
We recommend scheduling a pre-project session right at the start of the implementation stage: this will enable the project team to discover the main platform functionalities and to master the main concepts for efficient communication with integrators.
A training session for the main users is recommended just before deployment: this will make their task easy and fast once the production stage starts.
Finally, we recommend a refresher session 3 to 4 months after the production stage starts, for platform administrators for example.
Sessions can be scheduled anytime for new users.
